AI Startup 11x Raises $24M to Revolutionize Sales and Marketing Operations
AI-powered startup 11x has raised $24 million in a Series A funding round led by Benchmark, with participation from Quiet Capital, SV Angel and HubSpot Ventures. The funding will drive 11x's team expansion, product development and global market presence, especially in the U.S., where the company recently moved its headquarters from London.
Founded by Hasan Sukkar in 2022, the startup is redefining the modern workforce by creating AI-powered digital employees to automate repetitive tasks within sales, marketing and revenue operations teams. By automating workflows traditionally performed by human employees, they enable companies to streamline operations, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
A key innovation is the launch of Alice, an AI-powered sales development rep, which has gained traction by automating lead generation, prospecting and multichannel engagement at scale. Jordan, another AI employee, specializes in inbound lead qualification, helping companies improve lead acquisition times. The new funding will accelerate its ability to scale globally, with new hires such as chief technology officer Prabhav Jain, former head of financial services engineering at Brex. According to co-founder Hasan Sukkar, the company envisions a future where digital workers will be a staple of business operations worldwide within two years.
This funding also underscores 11x's mission to simplify go-to-market (GTM) operations, replacing fragmented GTM tools with seamless automation. As Keith Fearon, responsible for the startup's growth, noted, the proliferation of specialized software tools has left companies with fragmented systems and high operational costs. It aims to solve this problem by offering an end-to-end solution for the digital workforce.
